Brioche Burger Buns
A good bun recipe is a must, and a brioche burger bun will take any sandwich or burger to the next level. Warm, buttery, and straight up fluffy when you take a bite…who wouldn’t want that?
This recipe is tried and true and an absolute crowd-pleaser. These buns are soft, slightly sweet, rich, and sturdy enough to hold a juicy burger without falling apart. They’re also perfect for fried chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, pulled pork, or honestly anything that deserves a better bun. But...

...there is one big asterisk. I’m going to need you to use a kitchen scale. Yes, you can use the U.S. measurements below, but it’s always better to use a kitchen scale when it comes to baking. I would 100% recommend investing in one if you haven’t yet.
A scale is what actually took my baking to the next level. It allows for more precise measurements that cups and tablespoons just can’t provide. If it’s your first time baking, don’t sweat it. But if you’re planning on baking a lot, trust me, just bite the bullet and grab one from Amazon. Here is a link to the one that I use.
