Tiramisu
If you've never had tiramisu, you're in for a treat. It's a light, airy dessert that, when enjoyed with a cup of coffee or espresso, just hits like no other combo. And the best part of this is that there is no cooking involved!
How is it made?
With no cooking involved, tiramisu is surprisingly simple to put together. Most of the work is just whisking the eggs, making the mascarpone cream, and layering everything together. Once it’s assembled, the fridge does the rest. The three layers are:
- Coffee dipped lady fingers
- Mascarpone cream
- Cocoa powder
Then when ready to eat, layer it with one last layer of cocoa powder, and enjoy!
Any special tools?
The 2 main things you'll need are:
- 9x9 baking pan or any baking pan you have that has high walls.
- Something you can whisk with. Either and electric hand mixer or a stand mixer.
